How do you know what the rod stroke on a 42707?? I'm keeping stock bore just want to buy rods but I see there two different lengths

You want ARC part #6302 4.96"length rods and to answer the other part of your question the stroke on your motor is 2.28"

ARC rods your stock pistons will not work. Model 28 pistons or I believe, someone please correct me, but they might make 31avs pistons to fit an oppy stock bore. Not 100% sure on that one. But model 28s fit.
