has anyone experimented with a steering dampener before like what they use on quads and motorcycles ?

I had one that I used on one of my early chassis builds with the simple single front draglink set up. I think it was off a kart, worked great and I liked it. I switched up to center pivot steering and never was able to have the room to run it again so just quit with it. I looked back through my build thread and regretfully didn't take pictures of that part. I may still have the dampener floating around in the shop somewhere though!.
