The woman behind the scenes...
« on: October 21, 2014, 12:30:40 am »
I just want to thank all of the wives, girlfriends, friends, and significant others that put up/and or live with racing and the time it consumes.  My girlfriend Jolene introduced me into this mower racing and I haven't been the same since! Ive enjoyed a couple different forms of racing, from dirt circle track just out of high school, to mud racing, and now mower racing.  Jolene's brother has a team of four mowers, so she has "grown up" with it, and now has to deal with me.  Thanks Hunny!

Girls that love racing are the best!
Race for the little girl in the stands that you used to be!
The one that cheered for every racer no matter who they were!
The one that said Daddy, I can't wait to be on the track like them?

Hey Jenny, are you back in Seymour?  Sure do miss being able to race there.  Used to race there with the LSMRA a few years ago and always enjoyed being there.  We have a new member that lives in Abilene and I am trying to get him to go talk to Todd to see if they would let us race there again.  How is your Dad?  Haven't seen him in years.

Dennis,
I haven't actually been in Seymour or around racing for about three years except to visit. I've been to busy finishing school,  and getting married.  I'm just now trying to get back around to Atleast going to a few races.  I do know that the track isn't used at all anymore even for gocarts from what I understand. Im not even sure Todd is even still over the track.  There was a track in Knox City I believe.  That's the last races I heard about in the area.  And that was back this summer sometime .Whose the new tmember.  I'm in San Angelo now not far from there.
My dad is fine,  he's just into show cars at the moment.
Thanks,
Jenny
