Vanny 23hp cam in a 16 hp twin
« on: July 15, 2014, 09:42:20 pm »
Howdy all from Down under (aka New Zealand)
I've read on a couple of web sites that claim you can drop the stock cam from a 23 hp twin into a 16 twin and it will give you  a performance increase similar to a mild cam and works a treat without any other internal mods, would anyone on here have tried this or know if it does in fact work with stuffing anything else up?
Kindest regards, Grant

It will drop right in, no problems. It is only a slight increase....intake lift is about .030 more on the 23 cam.
If you quit when you're behind, you will never win.
