Yes they do a rolling start, No they dont race if it rains hard, which seems to be most of the time in that area.

modified class,what is the lowest you can go if you dont have a deck on? or do you have to have a deck on it?

is the stock class the sportsman class? what can you do to the steering if its real sloppy.i the rules it read no mods
