Newbie steering question

When i order spindles for my mower, do i need front wheel hubs? I am asking this because the wheels i'm looking at have a 3 hole bolt pattern, and i was wondering how i fasten the wheel to the spindle. My theory is: spindle, hub, wheel.

Yes you will need hubs and the spacers to keep the. hub in the same place on the axle. The spacers you use to get your desired width.

Google, "Scrub Steer" you will find that helpful when you design your front end.
