Nice looking studs now 200 is a little much you gonna remember we don't run on hokey rings we are running on the river. I can stand up my four wheeler on the river ice. I'm not even sure if I'm going to stud mine when me and Chris go out. I don't know if I have enough lug and I don't wanna put a hole in my tubes.

what 4 wheller? lol            justin if you want to go fast threw the corners i would stud them lol. but then again you might not need them. if you stud any tires do the front so you can turn. if u just do the back you wont turn o so good

how about you go sunday so i can come with you!! im not studing tires... wont be that bad without them.. i WOULDNOT recomend goin down the rivers... espeacyly under the bridges... go past 3 a day( rivers puce, belle river, and the one near hiarm walker )  and they all look like theres water under themmm it isent fun tryin to cross water on a 4 wheeler i i dont wanna imagine what its like on a mower!

I thought those were real ice studs, didn't realize they were sheet metal screws. Even running tubes, how are you not loosing air?

I agree with the stagger and the rear v.s. front #'s but 200/wheel is too many?
I disagree with that one. Denis and I ran over 1200 (each/total) for that race at the excel energy center and the mowers stuck pretty darn well !!!

We ran silver rocket studs that ICE requires they have a grove cut down the center of the head for more traction pretty sweet design.

Most any Ice Racer's I've seen, either drag race or oval, looked like a pin cushion or porcupine...

Except for them motoX bikes on ice...with the 1 1/2" spikes ....they looked more like a Madd Maxx or Slasher wicked bad as tire...

i dont like being "stuck" to the ice. i like to slide and go fast not spin and slide out lol. and his tires are holding air because he didnt over tighten the screwsa friend of mine had a dirt bike with the spikes hes like hmmm i dont got a kck stand BROOOOOOOOOOOMP sank about a foot down ( btw it was a 4 storke 400 all done up)

One thing to remember, don't over do the back tires.  (alot more than the fronts) because you won't be able to steer.  Just like studding a sled, too many studs and not enough carbide on the skis=can't turn.  To much carbide and not enough studs=spin out turn to fast.
I'd also stager the screws so you have more scratch lines.  I think you will need more so the tires will roll.  It looks like they may want to stop and slide.

i didnt have a problem in wet grass.... except i had appsoluty no traction all it did was spin tires

This is the tire that I run on the front of mower. There are 252 screws in this one tire. The screws are only 3/8'' long, so they dont go through the tire. For ice racing you want to steer with the throttle and not with front tire grip. Spin the rear wheels and drift through the corner.
