What are the Rules to build a raceing lawn mower

Hello i need help i need to know the rules and what has to be put on or taken of of a racing lawn mower please help !!!!!

The first thing you need to find out what clubs are in your area?  Then you can find out what organization there with.  To start out I would stay with a governed motor and work on getting your chassis working well.  There is a lot of good information on here just start looking in the build section .

No Ed. This is closer to the big rock just past the church near the big hump in the road.
