If thats a GX series engine we just set them at .003 cold and there is an adjuster and a lock nut .Turn the adjuster untill you get it set then snug the lock nut against it,those fine threads are easy to strip so go easy(been there done that).

I'm pretty sure he's asking how much to torque the rocker girdle down in the head... in which case I have no idea.
