We just started running one and it seems to pull pretty solid from corner to corner. but have just one race and a rookie driver on it. I put three laps on it and it went good in a 33 cube avs. But we have a g team cam in a 28 with no head work that pulls just as hard in same class. I believe a lot has to do with the weight of driver and how hard you turn it with the gearing also. lots of variables that can make or break how a cam feels to any one person. trying them all yourself and then decide with same engine, chassis and driver then you could tell.

I think you will find most don't run a billet cam cause of its cost and the regrinds don't have a lot of blowing up problems. So most probably opt to save a few bucks and buy a G-team, isky, or precision. There are couple others also someone else can chime in on if they have used them.

Its extremely optomistic that you would expect that guys are gonna tell you what grind...or even what brand of cam they run. I also ASSURE  you..there  are plenty of billet cams being ran..and a lot of them are up front.

Just wonder how many people are running this cam and liking it and if they had any issues with it.This is the only aftermarket cam I've ever used. I like it power wise .  It's the only one ec offers . 175 for cam. How much is a grind on a core? 120 + shipping both ways = 175 . Not wanting to know what grinds people are using. Thanks

I've ran both precision and ec. Both are good cams. I could tell a slight difference off the corners some but not much. I haven't had any issues with a billet but I twisted a cheetah in half. It has a limit.

All I have to say is ISKY.

Bert
Gary Busey and Rick James both used to live in my shop. Redline stole them.

I have ran one in my fxs this season. Ran every uslrma national points race and won national title. It work's great for me. I like the pull off the corners and you done have to rev the crap out of the motor, never turned the motor hard than 6300 all season. Just my two cents.
