Frame build?
« on: November 05, 2013, 08:37:00 am »
Ive built 20 mph offorad mowers, but i want to get into racing and i know my way arount an engine so thats covered, but ill admit i suck at setting up frames. I was wondering if someone could make a parts list for me? I plan to run a horizontal shaft engine that is going to be chain driven to the rear axle. Or a torque converter with a vertical.  Thanks
The names Drew.
Been doin' this for 5 years.
Lifted 18.5hp oppy MTD is my current build
New to the race world for this but i've been offroading mowers since i was 11

Sounds like you need to pick a class and read the rule book for the organization your going to run with.

OR if your not good at it, buy a used racer.  There are several nice ones on here that can be bought for less than what you would have in parts building one.
