Some help for my daughter's class project
« on: September 12, 2013, 09:18:22 pm »
My oldest daughter's second grade class is currently learning the states, and about them.
They are trying to get postcards sent to them from other states. Something simple, like with the state animal, flower, etc.
If anyone would be willing to pick up a postcard and drop it in the mail, it would be greatly appreciated! No need to write anything on it, just a black postcard with address will do. PM me for the address to send it to.
Thanks!

Did you get an address or are you still using carrier pigeons?

No, we actually have a post office, although pigeons may be better. You have a PM. Thanks!

My daughter had this same thing last year.  My nephew in California and my niece who is in the Air Force got the word out for me to their friends.  The response was amazing.  We got post cards from all over the world, from countries I never even heard of.  If you need one from Minnesoooota, send me a PM and I will try to help.

These types of projects are pretty cool.  I belong to a motorcycle forum and one of the members grandsons class did something similar they got small zip lock bags of dirt from all fifty states and three European countries.

PM me the address and I can send New Hampshire and Maine.
