Do ARC make rods for the 38 ci Vanguard. The piston pin appears to be 18 mm whereas the 30 and 35 engines have a 17 mm pin.

You can do one of three things:
1. You can machine it to fit the piston pin.
2. You can use 40ci intek pistons.
3. You can use forged pistons.
It depend on your track rules!
