hoosiers 12x9-6 will not seat on the off set side of the rim. I tried rachet strapping it doesnt work same effect the rims are 6" rims any one have any other trick to making these seat?

I BOUGHT A "CHEETAH BLASTER" IT BLOWS A LARGE AMOUNT OF AIR QUICKLY. IT WORKS GREAT!

I have some 13x6.50 on some 9" rims one wouldn't seat all the ways over ran it for 2 races that way and it finally rolled the rest of the way over

What I use is a tool made and designed for that purpose. If used the way the manufactor intended it should be safe [nothing is 100%]. It is pricy but I will have this tool for a very long time!

What are you using for lube?   

You need a good tire lube and lots of it.   On the inside and side of bead. 

Dismount.  Lube up and try again.
