please, be nice.

first off, go to www.photobucket.com  and upload all the pictures to the site (youll have to make a used name and password).

once you have the images uploaded to the site, follow the directions in this link http://www.heymow.com/index.php/topic,2346.0.html to create clickable thumbnails on the board.

take advantage. Then I would finish 7th instead of 10th." - Dubba G

Looks good! You have put some thought into that.  Only thing I see that I would change is you tie rod ends.  USLMRA tech don't like them, they will pass but they don't like them.  Heim joints are much better, the joints you have will pop off when hitting big bumps or bales!  I know!
Keep the picks coming!

Looks good !! Like Paul said the tie rods will fail after a while and it hurts when this happens , I had it happen a few years ago and was luck not to break my ribs when the mower landed on me in a corner I couldn't turn in .

If I'm not mistaken you have to use a piece of tube for the axel not two pieces of C channel welded together .

The rest of the stuff looks good !! keep up the good work .

Just scanned the rules and there is nothing about using 2 pieces of iorn to build you front axle, you just can't use aluminium.  It should pass tech, as long as it is square and appears to be safe.  If it is missaligned, bent, or stressed it probably won't pass tech.
How heavy of material is the c channel?  You need to know that becasue I guarantee you will be asked that on race day.
Not trying to bash your build, just trying to pass on info that I have learned over my builds and keep you safe!
