There was a topic on them just recently.  Contact Tom L. He seems to have a good set up for them.
You never win a race by focusing on one aspect of the race!  Motor isn't everything, but you better have a good one!  Chassis too!  But remember, a driver can take a slow machine and make it faster!  I may not have/be the best of any of these but I'm trying!

The GX200 is what the 196cc Clone is based on. Parts are interchangable. What are you looking to do with it?

I would not even waste time with a true Honda motor, they are very pricey and you have to rip everything out anyway. look for a box stock project motor,or kit on the karting web sites. I would go with a bsp 2 cam,max stroke crank, stock piston, the stock rod will be fine for now, billet aluminum flywheel, .615 over bore carb, some 10.8 springs,an air filter adaptor and a fuel pump. the carbs on these will take a fuel pump without changing the seat in the carb. that would get you up in the running as of now. this is what all the mini pros built now run. most kart shops have all this stuff as a builders prepaired motor kit for around $300.00 or so.good luck and have fun!!

If you are boring it .615 are you putting a sleeve in it to bore it that much? .525 is 5/8 ,how many ccs do you gain?

The .615 is the venturi size in the carb.
Cylinder bore is restricted to no more than .030 overbore.
Its actually cheaper to buy a new block than have one bored.
MiniPro rules are written to help keep costs down.
What can be done and what we allow are two different things.
The plan is to get people into racing not drive them away.
