time to build a fx/pro-x for 2013!

the body on the mower will be a old mtd style I have just now had a change to post some pics so here is a few days of working on it and ill stay posted ever time I do something to it from here outi it will have a vertical shaft engine ran to a ragb. lets get our build on!  8)
yes its fast, no you can not ride it!

If your running a brigs vertical single cyclinder engine. I will warn you if you use a stock crank get it balanced or get a billet one. Else you could end up like mine snapped in half. I just learned the hard way.

did you have a lot of motor work on yours? I don't plan on doing a lot just a few mods my prockets ant to deep lol  :lol:

In terms of billet rod, cam, valve retainers, shaved head, arc flywheel. Just fx style motor built.

my main focus at the moment is just the chasis ill get to motor later on
also anyone got good suggestion on sprocket setup I got a 18th clutch and im going to run a RAGB so what tooth shouth I run on bottom on RAGB side of it and im prolly going to run a 40 on the axle

got motor started today and it sounds gooood! I got my caliper mounted and brakes are all done and I also started on my steering today and just about got it done  8)

I added some mesh wire to the box comment on opinions? should I leave the mesh like it is cause I think its a little different or should I add some sheet metel to it?

I still need a RAGb if anyone has one they would get rid of let me know. and this build has came along real nice so far

I fond one in a junk yard check there. It came off a lawn more deck make sure you get the spline peice then you just weld shaft on spline piece. theres your sprocket on your right angle gear box.
