One thing that may happen by machining out the hub is the hole gets to big and the flywheel sits very low on crank making it hard to deal with ignition installation. But not 100% sure on this just what I thought of when I was thinking the same thing. I had
 the parts right in front of me to look at also and it will be tough. But a good machine shop should be able to make one for you.

I'll give it a shot so what flywheel should I go with the fb460 or any Briggs
