Thanks guys. It will have a splash of bright orange to separate the green and white. Not sure of the design yet but its raining today so i wont be able to paint due to too much moisture in the air. Will try to get something done today

Thanks  ok i got a little done today. Went from thunderstorms every day and 80° temps to snow and 30 for the high. Playing havoc with people that have to get some painting done. I did start piecing it back together. Here is a picture of where im at so far

Got a little done. Got the rear fender painted and got some barbwire between the green and white. Goung to get some yellow pinstripe to outline the orange flame. I got the front axle and rear axle on. Still have a lot of work to do...

Got the engine, battery and puke tank ( by the way in the picture I had the tank in the wrong position, the barbs are facing to the left now instead of facing toward the front) in place. we are battling heavy rain and major flooding here. So far our property is ok.... for now. Here's what everybody likes, PICTURES!
heres the engine, still missing a flywheel
and last the battery and starter wires

ok, 2 setbacks. 1: our first race is in 3 weeks and my funds are to low to buy a billet flywheel    and 2: when I had the chassis upside down I failed to realize which way the belt slack was on so the clutch was put on the wrong side    the clutch is no problem to fix. I have a murray brake pedal assembly that im going to use for the clutch that im modifying to fit the chassis instead of using a lever on the steering wheel that I had previously planned. since I cant come up with a flywheel yet im going to drop in a stock engine, governed and run GP and hopefully have a flywheel by june. not really happy with that idea but at least I can make the first race. we are still battling heavy flooding and having levee after levee failures so its pretty crazy around here. here's a pic of where im at so far with the clutch pedal fabrication. I will be using a stock pressure lube oppy for GP (our rules let us run oppys in this class as oppys make up 90% of the power plants in our area and are a dime a dozen) and I will be installing it this weekend.

I would but i run CP and its a ungoverned class and i cant run a governed engine in that class. Im not sure i can gear it low enough to keep up with everyone in CP even if they did let me run a stock engine?
