Nitrile gloves are good but try this..get a couple pairs of the really thin fine cotton gloves usually used by inspectors in a sterile setting or military dress gloves.(really thin) and then slide on your shop rubber Nitrile ones.The cloth ones keep your hands warm and thin without a big cumbersome glove and your still chemical/waterproofed.The cotton gloves last along time if you dont filth 'em all up....
