Peerless 350 output hub and sprockets

Where can i get the correct splined hub that is able to have the spockets welded on to it for a perrless 350?

SHOULD BE THE SAME AS A 700. EC HAS THE HUB AND THE QUICK CHANGE SPROCKETS.
