Noob from New York
« on: November 19, 2012, 06:57:33 pm »
Hey guys, my name is Craig.

My friend and I are building a racing mower, and this is what I got to work with.

I know it's a hydrostatic, but it was free and it was all I got.

I've made some progress, but I'll show that off in the build section.

Thanks!

And no, I do not. I'm mostly building it for fun, something to play with. I don't know if I'll be entering actual races with this one.

What engine has it got? Are you going to build to US rules or a local club rules?

Where abouts in ny are you?. We have a great club up north in st. Lawrence county.  Do yourself a favor and build to some kind of rule book. It will at least be safer to run. If you decide to race in a club later on, you will be good to go.
