future GP??

Want to build a GP out of this one in the future. What do yall think?? Any advice would be greatly apriciated.

Yeah absolutely gonna try it theres at least one of these down here running. This one was cheap so i bought it.

looks like a good mower to start with. have fun with the build. follow the rule book and you will have no problems.

I used this chassis with different sheet metal.  It will make a fine GP, just toss the FNR transaxle and get a 350,400,700 transmission wit a kart axle or 820 peerless instead.
You never win a race by focusing on one aspect of the race!  Motor isn't everything, but you better have a good one!  Chassis too!  But remember, a driver can take a slow machine and make it faster!  I may not have/be the best of any of these but I'm trying!

Anything in particular i need to know about stiffening this chassis? Plan on runnin a 700 live axle set up. Ec plate will drop right in if my measurement is correct. I think the tranny will tuck completely under the rear sheet metal.

I put 1x1 tube  and also boxed it in with 16ga sheet metal
