i would like to run a ohv 28 in stock class at dirt devils but it has to be on the governor .    if i put a billit rod is it still stock as long as nothing else get done to the motor  thanks for the info Les

Stock is as it came out of the box.. No internal or external parts may be changed or exchanged except the exhaust in any Governed Class.

ok thanks for the info    so if done as a billit rod on the 28 would it put it in the super stock class or what would it be classed at thanks Les

It would be modified.

stock is stock as delivered from the factory, Just like kerry said. Any changes made its no longer stock. Take the govner off mandatory billet flywheel.

If its on the govner you dont need a billet rod.

You are allowed to use the billet dog bone from ARC. That is a safety and reliablity issue. [Ferris says thats ok]
