Steering Wheel Handle Bars Ends

Some racers have a steering wheel with handle bar ends on them? Are they using a bolt on Handle bar End or are they welded on. The problem with welding is most Kart wheels are made of Aluminum. If they are bolt on, any one know where to get them?

What I would do is just weld a bolt into the end of your bar the bolt it on. Or a lot of lawn mower steering wheels are made of steal and they just weld them on.
