Topic: 1978 Sears GT11 4 speed pulley set up

Hello,
I am new to this web site and the mower racing world. I was having trouble with a pulley set up do I contacted a guy selling a racing mower off Craigslist and asked him for help, and he lead me here. I am just bot sure how to do me pulley set up. I tried the original set up but it didnt work because I change the pulley on my gear box . Here are some pics if they help though.

Ok the tranny u have is not going to work you need a tranny with the pulley on the top for starters
