A new newbie
« on: August 08, 2012, 05:52:34 pm »
Hi,

I'm a newcomer to lawnmower racing and also to the US. I moved here from South Africa a year-and-a-bit ago and now live in south-central Illinois. Mower racing has most certainly caught my eye (and ear) and I'm pretty keen to learn more about it.
I'll be asking some very simple and basic questions at the outset, so please bear with me - it's all a little new still.  8)

Cheers,

UO

You need to try to attend the uslmra finals in Ohio on Labor Day weekend (Aug 31-Sep 2)!!!
You never win a race by focusing on one aspect of the race!  Motor isn't everything, but you better have a good one!  Chassis too!  But remember, a driver can take a slow machine and make it faster!  I may not have/be the best of any of these but I'm trying!
