which Briggs?

Which briggs would be thae fastest flat head? 21,28,31 briggs? 10hp,11hp,12-12.5.13or 13.5? And what are the major difference?

28 cube because of the cube advantage!

a 28/12 12.5 13 and 13.5 are all the same engines.

Lets see, my 8hp? Thats somewhere around 19 CI? As Redline just posted, chassis and handling, a Mini/AP is lighter than a SP and as you know weight is a huge factor.

I know you were, just having a little fun. Old Dog has a 11 hp they built by mistake (thought it was a 12) and it flat scoots!

The only difference between those two engines are the decals.  So to answer your question, yes
