Here's a little more to keep yall coming back.

This pic shows running boards mounted up and rod installed.

You can see how the center section of rod was removed for easy access.

Now you can see the end of the rod welded and the new bolts that where drilled for running boards (marked with arrow) because the old holes are covered by your stiffening tubing.
On to the fender/seat bracket.

I use the original fender brackets just cut off the swivel hole seat hinges on.

This is the seat bracket off stock seat you cut off both sides.

I use 1" tubing to build the rest of the frame.

Ok so we got home from Pizza Hut and went out to get some more progress.

Here you can see we got frame cut out for the cassette hangers. It was fun all I had was a sawzall, hacksaw blade, dremel and a rat tail file. Lol

You can see how I just cut thru the stiffening tubing. Then when we drilled out the holes for the cassettes I didn't have a bit big enough so out came the rat tail file again. That's it for now

I'm backkkkk.

You can see we got the fenders on and with a little help from the handy fender flare pipe they look great.

I got ahead of myself and forgot to take pics of mocking up front axle but here is the final product.

And with all the goodies on the axle.

Here are the bars to bolt grille to I cut them 10" marked and drilled holes and then cut them off.

Colton just had to test it out.  :3gears:

We got the sprocket installed and the rear cut out.

I decided to fill in the ends on the grille mount tubes.

That's all we got done today and now we have to order some more parts before we can continue.
