If you were trying to put that one up, it's too big! As indicated about 2 posts back there it has to be 90 x 90 pixels or less. That one is 160 x 120 pixels.

Don't you have pictures of one with the back wheels on it??  :worried:

Against forum policy dude, that sir, is a registered trademark, and without the express written consent of Briggs and Stratton, which they have this tiny little issue with formally recognizing lawn mower racers, I'm afraid we can't let you put it up. Sorry!

Welcome to Mowbetter! And, find me another picture to put up for you!

Hey Chris, I am having trouble getting a picture to load for my profile. Could you possibly get this one on there for me or resize it for me so I can?      Thanks Dave

A little too wide Dave, must be 90 x 90 max dimensions. Anything bigger either way and it'll spit it out! You were at 100 x 75 as noted beneath your picture... Fixed it!!

Sorry I never got back to you Dave, I've been neglecting this place lately :(

On a side note, everyone should really try to use PNG images, they're just as good - if not better image quality than JPG, and at about 1/10th of the size!

Actually image size varies a great deal in depth of color Chris. Some images weigh less as jpg, some weigh less as gif, some weigh less as png. I typically check all 3 when saving for web applications and it varies considerably dependent upon how many colors you have in the image. Easiest way to check it is of course in Photoshop, using Save for Web, with 4 up comparison. In example, my avatar weighs in at 3.27 K as a jpg file at 50% quality. If I save it as gif or png-8, at 168 colors, (again 50% quality in gif and png-8), it weighs in at 5.85 and 5.25 K respectively. And, I lose more resolution in the image.

I usually save what I can in 8-color PNG format, which weighs in under JPG almost every time. But es, as you stated it definitely depends on the content of the picture. Sice I drop it down to 8-color it weighs a bunch less, but doesn't look as good as most.
