Will a Walbro carb off of a briggs work on a tecumseh?

One would need to modify the bolt holes, as the spacing is different. It would not be legal in any prepared class. And last but not least, why? A properly done Tecumseh series 7 is vastly superior to a Walbro LMT. Or, are you talking of a Nikki or Tikki 2bbl on a TVT?

Yea, what he said. Not that I know alot about the Tec carbs....other than the fact that based on past experience the LMT 56 is not to friendly.  I have some other words to describe it but they are not appropriate for this forum.  If it was legal a Tec series 7 carb really wakes a briggs up. I wont go into details how I came to learn that tidbit of info.
