I don't follow. I thought the series 7 is an emissions carb? They can be had on eBay brand new for $45. Both the original w/ blue plastic emulsion tube or Oregon replacement with a brass emulsion tube.


The last version of the OE691 V-twin, which replaced the TVT 691, had a low emission intake manifold and a pair of real funky low emision carbs. It is to those carb I am referring.

And I have never seen a brass Tec emulsion tube. That sure sounds like Briggs to me.

Not to mention a brass emulsion tube will add weight over a plastic one! Can't be having that.
