Question regarding AMRA video shot in Sparta, NC

I have a DVD titled AMRA Lawn Mower Race August 26, 2006 Sparta, NC.  Is there anyone familiar with this video and who shot it?  There are a couple of clips I might want to include in On Your Mark, Get Set, MOW!
