What if any differences are there between the Kohler command V-twin and Kohler courage V-twin vertical shaft engines, will parts interchange?

Using the CV740 (command) and the SV740 (courage) as examples,
they share some parts like pistons and rods, but the command has a stronger heavier block. The command also has hydraulic lifters.
