Tried to use the code "free ship" per instructions from ARC.
Wouldn't except the code.
Be sure to double check with ARC if you want the free shipping!

With no instruction of any kind I used "free ship".
I didn't know there was a different format.

There is a banner at the top of the page on the website that says "Enter promo code FREESHIP during checkout"

But don't worry, If anyone places an order that qualifies for the free shipping, we are giving it to you anyway.
