Interesting E-Bay Finds
« on: December 14, 2006, 03:42:25 pm »
Thought maybe we could start a thread for interesting E-Bay finds, so if you spy something you think someone might be interested in, you can post it here!

..."I used that motto to keep going, keep pushing, keep digging to
find a way around, or through to find a hole, some kind of break that
would allow some space. Once something broke thru, I could be there to
take advantage. Then I would finish 7th instead of 10th." - Dubba G

These aren't too bad Rocky, but I think any future "finds" of intrinsic value, low price or great worth....should go thru the back room for ...ummm  :whistling:  "approval" ;)  before being posted on site...

Tryin to cut out the competition are you!

If they'd have been in Wisconsin, I'd have run them by you guys out there first, but... since they were in Massachusetts with local pick up only, and I coudn't think of anyone right off hand in Massachusetts, I figured I'd just toss them up here for everyone to drool over.  ;)

See too many, "Oh I saw one of those the other day on E-Bay comments." and over on the MyTractor Forum, they have one member that goes through E-Bay 3 - 4 times a week seeking interesting old mowers and other goodies and loads them to an E-Bay topic. See some really interesting goodies there many of us miss occasionally.

Yeah...probably not a bad idea...keep them all in one area and sets up a basis for going rates...

Also opens the door for nifty little finds like these that someone out there might be interested in, that most of us can't get too.

Murray Wide Body... In PA

Just because that description sorta makes you wonder what he calls bad condition?

  • Engine is no good
  • Starter is missing
  • Couple of tires with plugs but they hold air!
  • Battery is dead
  • Some surface rust
  • Needs a good washing

But, overall it's in good condition!   :worried:
