Sami is moving up to adult prepared classs running my AP (the one in my avitar) with Dons "22 Special" motor.

With her weight advantage (compared to me) I predict she will do very well...

No I am not selling the Mowchine....

Last race of the season and probably final for this mower... Southern Savanaha Mower Invitational..

It was really cool to see the smile on her face after the WIN!!!!! The way she drives I know she is ready to move up!! She is a very patient and strategic driver!!!

For 08 are you going to run the foote in 3 gear. Or are you going to remove 3 gear I was going to put a foote in my Imow and was just wondering. Also what pulley size and sprocket sizes are you running to get the 8:1 gear ratio. Thanks

7" pulley engine, 6" pulley tranny, stock 8 tooth on tranny and 40 tooth on axle

Plan is to run the foote one more season, only change being to swap out the cast axle hub (per build pictures) with a one piece steel axle gear...

Foote held up well for Sami... will have to see how well it does with me on IMOW.. :omg:

I showed a few pics of my 13 yr. old "Daughter's" S/S or J/P  project in my A/P build up thread...

She was hanging around asking questions about my build up and I asked her if she would be interested in building and racing one of her own...

She showed a "spark" of interest so I pulled a back up frame in and put her to work on it..

Bolting and torching, she pretty much "stripped the Mowchine in prep for cleaning...

Do i see PB Blasters.....? Best stuff ever made!

I also have a wizard indentical to sami's and MowRacing's that im building. Ill have to post some pics. It will be raced at local races wich are not sanctioned. Even though the races arent sanctioned all our mowers are safe. Mine has a 1" axle, peerless 500, hydrulic brakes, and a 16hp opposed twin.

After 5 years of traveling the country with me, Sami is moving on....

I just dropped her off at a shoebox size dorm room at a collage on the other side of the state...

Gonna miss my racing buddy...

Course she is the last one out of the nest...   :woo:     8)

We ran it 3 very busy and successful seasons (including the first All American) on the same Foote 3 speed tranny...

Just cleaned and changed oil each spring...

New owner ran it the 4th year, not sure how it's been after that..
