help needed

I find my self in this boat again.  :( The motor runs fine when it is not on a load(governed) but when its on a load it pulled the gov rod back and forth i have swapped governor springs to see if i made a difference but nothing even cleaned the carb. below i took a video for a more details look thx in advance mike.  :confused:

might pull the pan off and check the governor make sure everything looks ok and is working it sounds like its right on the max RPM and wont stay down make sure all linkages are in good condition and not bent i had the same problem on that same motor over the summer turns out a tooth was missing off the plastic governor gear wierdest thing ive ever seen usuall they shatter this one just lost a tooth.

Still sounds like a carb or intake problem. A fraction lean can cause hunting. Try the choke on a bit and see if that fixes it.
If it has blades I'm not interested.

Finally got to see link carb is dirty. No matter how well you think you cleaned it you didn't get it clean enough.
It is NOT a govenor problem

nevermind, sorry for the miss info, I'm mixing up events, the one with the broken tooth was shaking Really bad not a steady fluctiuation.

thx for all the reply it turned out it was the carburetor i had to take if off the motor i let it soak in carb cleaner after a day i looked at it. what was making it run bad was a small chunk of clay from one of the tracks i race at.
