Diesel ztr's are awesome. Good ones are $12000

If you want to MOW your going to spend that anyway.

Mine is a 3520 Deere utility tractor with a 72" mid deck. 40HP and mows 2" off the grass at 6.5MPH. Oh yea. Hydro and 4x4. With a turbo!

I mow 10 acres.
