Well season is over now.

Just had the boys engine apart. Added an advance key, parsons 3 stage pipe and 1.13 rockers with heavy guide plate. Completly different sound. Added around .070 cam lift by changing rockers. Updating the clutch this winter and installing a 19-20 gear set. Should wake it up.

Did you increased compression any? Seen you have been asking questions at the 4cycle.com form. Kinda currious what you did.

If you wanted to go to roller rockers, raceseng has. Great deal on them right now.

Didnt do anything with compression. Talked a bit with Jeremy at parsons and based on how it pulls didnt want to do to much at once. Its already a front runner in its class the way it was. I figure with the couple changes i made and them with a pulling gear setit should be realy strong.

Did parson make your pipe to 90 degrees? Or you had to cut the flange and re weld it? I thought about getting one myself. And a set of 1.3 rocker arms and stiffer springs.  I'm trying to make my motor turn 7000 RPMs next season with all stock parts. Pretty pushing it. The kohlers only turn 5500 RPMs in my class.
