Water is still rising. The army corp of engineers is still releasing record amounts of water.  They have more that doubled the previous record release from lake oahe, which is down stream from Don.  All the dams on the missouri are like this throughout north and south Dakota.  It is gonna be a long summer for a lot of good people.
