Tommy Balanced my Kaw FB460v crank, and billet connecting rod, it is as smooth as silk.
George, built the engine - massive porting, a stupid cam, ARC Flywheel, valves ect...........
I have whacked this puppy over 7300rpm and am not blowing oil at all.

Arc Racing has them direct. They have coils too.

The Billet Rod I had made is T7075 alum for a Kawasaki FB460V with a stock stroke.
Now that I own the design, I was thinking of producing some but I do not see much of a future in it due to the phasing out of flat heat engines.

The Minimum run my machinist will do is 4.  After paying thousands for the engineering work, I do not feel this will be anywhere close to being affordable to the public.
Probably will write if off as a learning experience/loss.
Now for the good news, So far, I have taken this engine over 7300rpm, and it won’t die, The Powerband is just plain stupid, it pulls like a big bore twin.
