If your Mower has starting issues at a race with LeMans starts what they will do is allow you to leave it running. Then you have to wait for everyone else to leave the line before you can leave.

Thanks for that info...what about starting other than Lemans? This is now Buzzsaw02, Gary's driver.  We met you in Caledonia MN last summer...it was Gary, Randy, and Tamra....had a BLAST with you all!!!

If its not a LeMans..no one will care how you start it. However the rules do state that you must have an on board battery and starter...does not say that they have to work?

Awesome.....thanks!  But pit crew is stating that they do not want to "hit the gym."  Ha...they wiped out pushing me a couple times Sunday.

We (the USLMRA) are moving to more rolling start event. The problem I see is if you stall on the track and need a restart you will be out, as the crew is not allowed on the track during a event. If you are having starting problems, the issue needs to be corrected. If needed give me a call and I will help you with this or steer you to the right person to correct this.

We used to allow push starting of our outlaw class. One of our guys put a push tube on a honda four wheeler. Rules have now changed and now we are required to start ourselves. The atv is our wrecker and our last resort pusher. But it works very well.
