Hi I am going to be building a mower to play around the house with and if I can get it fast enough maybe the local drag strip. Lol. However I will have all the necessary safety precautions I'm not just tryin to make it fast but safe to. My question is I have 2 engines I could build a 12 horse model 28 or a 20 horse opposed twin either will have billet rods, flywheel high compression piston cam etc. And I have the know how to build either one but which one makes more power and which turns the most rpms?
