We have combined the awards banquet and annual meeting into one event this year. We understand the travel expense for some of you and appreciate that you have supported PALMRA in the current economic situation. We have combined these events in an attempt to make the travel cost more efficient.
The date is January 22, 2011 with an in-climate weather date for January 29. The location for the days activities will be at 805 Buck Rd, Dover, PA, 17315
Here is the schedule for the day....
11:00 am - Annual Meeting - we have a ton of things to go over this year, don't miss this one!
12:00 pm or after the meeting is completed - Lunch - PALMRA will provide meatball sandwiches and drinks, along with plates, cups and utensils. Oh yeah, and coffee! We are asking guests to bring finger food type/quick clean up items like chips, cookies, pretzels, etc. This will be an informal lunch!
1:00 pm or when everyone has had their fill from lunch - Awards Presentation - We will present Championship Cup trophies along with the special awards.
If anyone is interested, there will be a build clinic following the awards presentation. If there are any new builds that you would like to have gone over, this can be done here. Unfortunately I don't have room for trailers, so if anyone planning on bringing mowers, please use the bed of your trucks. Also, if you have any extra or spare parts that you would like to sell or trade, you may do this here.
