another problem with the cv14s
« on: January 12, 2011, 02:40:37 pm »
I have another problem with the engine. the engine will not start. the engine can turn over but it will not start. I have replaced the welsh plug and fuel is getting into the air intake. I know for sure that it is not the battery. also sometimes when you are turning over the engine it will stop for a while and then a minute later it will go again. If you watch thius video you can see the problem. If you have a solution please tell me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pvLXKY-Wmk

Does it have spark...?

Does it have compression...?

Is it getting the proper flow of gas...?

Is the timing of these events correct...?

Somewhere in there is your solution

found the problem. we pulled off the valve cover and the exhaust rocker was broken in half. hence the engine not wanting to spin all the way around smoothly. we orderd a new one for $25. EZ fix.
