I have a chance to pick up a wtpxs 4902 aa 17.5 motor CHEEP! and am wondering what the potential for this motor is? Will it make a good race motor, or should I leave it alone? I've always run briggs and wonder how it would compare

When racing here in the UK its always been noticeable that the 13.5 Enduro Tecumseh's rev higher than Briggs & Honda equivalents...
