super mod snowblower lol

I been saving parts from work to turn my snow blower from a 12 hp Tec to a 27 hp v twin kohler I’ve short block a 27 hp for a cam gear and crank gear for had broken teeth then with working on so many commercial mower I saved enough parts over a year to build a good twin for about $30 for head gaskets

lol no kidding, faster i can get my drive ways done the early i can get to work to make the $ to support my raceing. im hopeing to fire it up this weekend working on exhaust going to try to build so it come out at the feet to keep them warm    she going to have heated hand bars light elec start   going with the stock gear for know     my 8x8 dougless rims fit it also

my little piece of advice make a shroud to cover the air filter you dont want snow to get to the filter infact most snow blowers dont even run air filters if you could figure out a way to make a box over the intake that took heat from the engine and pushed air from the flywheel into the shroud so it kept the snow out you would be in like flynn... but looks cool not tryin to tell you what to do just makin a suggestion...

Keep it stock and keep the govener on... or we will have to remove this as a safety issue..

The zip ties will for sure hold on the exhaust for a few seconds. :woo:

this blower isn't done yet just some start photos i just put this air filter on for the time being into i make a box or go with the stock filter and thats in a can type set up it's all stock into i save my money to build it for my super mod lol    this is going to have a muffler being i live in the city  when this is all done it's going to look as if they made it with the twin on   zip ties are just holding my exhaust in place to  get an idea

heck yea man! give her a nice paint job and you will have the street plowed in no time! lol that 27 hp on the gov. should have enough umpf to throw the snow into the next county!

i got the exhaust done today and she runing sounds good  still got to find belts to fit this during the week and the elec change over

If you ran the exhaust one to each side you'd have built in handlebar warmers..
