i have a murray just like that one. same year and model, all except the paint. I hate the deck leveling system on those things. never works very well and deck is always getting way out of wack

I own 4 of these Murray's, and never had deck problems.  That is one of the reasons I like this model. I have one that I mowed with for 10 or so years.  The engine held up real well too.  the only repair I had to do besides normal service was a starter ring.

I have one of these mowers and only had minor problems such as deck brg. and had to repair a hole in the deck. I have a lot to cut so I feel like it has done a fantastic job through the years. If I can convince my wife that it's time for a new mower I may make this one my new race mower. Problem is, I don't know where I'll get a mower that will last like this one has. I like Murray mowers.
