Is this Zayre worth messing with or just scrap metal?

I thought the way forward engine location and low profile give it promise. I'm not interested in doing anything with it but hate to scrap it if it's desireable. 
    I ask the jurry --What's it going to be Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down?
